The Core Program includes 10 sessions, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on your pace and preferences. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and the full program typically spans around 3 months. It includes 15 weekly or bi-weekly sessions over the course of 6 months, with the option to extend sessions to 90 minutes.
